Finsudprom was established in 2000 as the Russian financial and industrial Group which amalgamated the companies that operate intensively in the Russian Federation as well as in the countries of Europe and Central Asia.
The Group's activities cover various sectors of the economy: project financing, shipbuilding, engineering and woodworking industries, marine fishing and food industries, port infrastructure development and environmental projects (projecting and construction of waste processing plants).
Finsudprom amalgamates a number of industrial facilities, such as - "Yaroslavsky shipyard", "Zapadnaya Verf", Fish factory "Za Rodiny", "Baltic Marine Fishing Company" (BMFC, Latvia) and others. The total staff number of the Group Finsudprom is about 2000 people.
Finsudprom has considerable experience in fundraising and implementation of shipbuilding projects at the shipyards in Russia and abroad on demand of Russian and foreign companies. Within the framework of the joint Russian-Spanish intergovernmental Commission on economic and industrial cooperation (IGC) the Group since 2000 has been working closely with the major Spanish shipbuilders and Association of Spanish shipyards (PYMAR).
The enterprises of the Group were involved in the implementation of the program of repayment of external debt of the former USSR with commodity deliveries abroad (shipbuilding products), stipulated by the relevant intergovernmental agreements.
Finsudprom has long-standing partnerships and experience in the implementation of major projects in various sectors with leading commercial and financial organizations of Europe and Asia, as well as with the largest Russian banks, such as "Vnesheconombank", "Eximbank of Russia", "Sberbank of Russia".
The Group is the management company of "Yaroslavsky shipyard" (Yaroslavl) since 2005. Currently, the shipyard is a modern, financially stable company engaged in projecting and serial construction of technically sophisticated civil and war vessels, yachts and miscellaneous boats (with displacement of up to 2500 tons), as well as comprehensive year-round repair of vessels.
Within the framework of public-private partnership one of the companies of the Group - "Zapadnaya Verf" - carries out an investment project for the construction of a new modern civil shipyard in the Kaliningrad region (Vzmorie). The intended investment volume will amount to approximately € 300 million.
The companies of the Group participate in implementation of several Federal programs, primarily, the Federal Target Program "Development of Russia transport system (2010-2020)" on building of different types of vessels and modernizing of five waterworks facilities of inland waterways of Russia.
In addition to the experience of creating of ship furniture from 2014 the subsidiary company - "Furniture factory "Interior Style" (Yaroslavl) - develops a new direction of its activity - production of high-quality furniture and interior elements made of natural and safe materials.
The companies - "Baltic Marine Fishing Company" and Fish factory "Za Rodiny" work efficiently in the field of coastal and marine fishery and food production. Fish factory "Za Rodiny" fitted with a modern fish-processing complex of full technological cycle is one of the largest producers of canned fish (more than 100 different items) in Russia.
The Latvian company "LZS", owned by "BMFC", effectively manages a number of port facilities and provides a wide range of port services on the territory of Ventspils free port.
Finsudprom gives full attention to the development of environmental projects for the processing of municipal solid waste (MSW). The Group's companies through specialized companies of "Imabe Eco Service", "Komeco-R” (www.komeco-r.ru) accumulated unique experience in the field of construction and management of more than 20 plants on recycling of household and industrial wastes using the most modern technologies in the major cities of Russia and abroad. "Komeco-R" delivers services of mobile shredder for confidential disposal of all types of documentation. OJSC "Yar-EcoPolymer" is produces a secondary polymer granules from wasted polyethylenes of various densities.
In primary areas of its activities the business entities of the Group maintain close working contacts with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Finance, Federal Security Service (FSB), Foreign Ministry, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Anti-Monopoly Service, Federal Customs Service, Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, as well as with "United Shipbuilding Corporation", "Sudoexport", "Rostec Corporation".
