The Company
Joint Stock Company "Foreign Economic Enterprise Finsudprom" (Finsudprom) was established in 2000 as a diversified investment and industrial group that organizes the activities of various businesses operating both in the Russian Federation and in other countries.
The activities of the group cover various areas of the economy: project financing and consulting, environmental projects (design, engineering and construction of industrial systems for processing municipal solid waste and for recycling of polymers), industrial engineering and shipbuilding, woodworks, marine fishing and food production, development of port infrastructure and provision of port services.
The Finsudprom Group has a long-term partnership and considerable experience in organization of financing of large projects in various fields with leading Russian and international commercial and financial organizations.
Russia and the CIS
The main areas of activity of the group in Russia and the CIS countries are environmental projects, industrial engineering and shipbuilding.
Activities in the field of ecology, waste management and processing are carried out by specialized companies - Imabe Eco Service LLC, Komeco-R LLC, Yar-EkoPolimer LLC (for details see Environment protection).
In the field of industrial engineering and shipbuilding, the partner of the group is PJSC “Yaroslavl Shipyard”, whereas JSC "Western Shipyard" represents the group's prospective shipbuilding project.
Within the framework of cooperation, Finsudprom renders to PJSC “Yaroslavl Shipyard” consulting services for organization of financing, project management and marketing related to shipbuilding and ship repair, as well as for design, engineering and organization of production of new types of commercial products.
Finsudprom is the co-initiator and project leader of the establishment of a new shipbuilding plant in the Kaliningrad region - PJSC "Western Shipyard" (for details see Shipbuilding, Passenger fleet and yachts, Mechanical engineering and metalworks).
Baltic region
In Latvia, the partner of the group is Baltic Marine Holding Company (BMHC), which in cooperation with other Latvian companies carries out activities related to renovation and development of seaport infrastructure, various port services, marine and coastal fishery, food and beverage production (for details see Seaport and tourism infrastructure development).
